Don't take our word for it!
The Virtual Office Group's BVQI quailty accredited is testament to the exceptional level of service which you can expect from the original Virtual Office and serviced office leader.
What our clients say:
"We have found the services offered by the Virtual Office key to our continued ability to serve our UK clients in a client-focused manner.
By having access to meeting rooms in a central London location, we can meet clients at a time of their choosing, in well-equipped and smart rooms, of a size suitable to the meeting.
Our clients are announced, and shown to the waiting or meeting room, by Virtual Office staff. Our meetings often last into the evening and yet we are still provided by Virtual Office with access to refreshments and any other support we or our clients might need, regardless of how late the meetings last.
Every element of client care that we show to our clients is matched and enhanced by the Virtual Office staff."

"When I first started Dakini I was operating from my bedroom at home, not something I wanted a client to know. Hiring Virtual Office was one of the best decisions I ever made early on - my first customer was UNESCO and then the Government of Canada who funded "The Blue". Virtual Office gave me freedom and flexibility and made it possible to recieve a client's call wherever I was - at the post office, in the supermarket - in those days I did not have any staff.
The Virtual Office has supported me in good times as well as bad and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Having Virtual Office has also meant that in spite of moving 4 times in 5 years, our telephone, fax and address details have never changed. They also have the most amazing Christmas Party!
Today Dakini is recognized around the world as an award winning publisher and has generated critical acclaim and over £8 Million in free press. Our most recent book - Global Warning: the Last Chance for Change is on climate change and is the basis for a social networking portal www.lastchanceforchange.com .
The business is currently in its first fundraising and is valued at over £5M. No matter how many staff I employ, we will remain a customer of Virtual Office. I am happy to say I will never require a receptionist!

"Resourcefulpeople Ltd, a Human Capital Management consultancy, has used a range of The Virtual Office services for many years; this virtual model has allowed us the flexibility we need to operate a truly customer focused service.
"We are able to use their facilities when required, thus avoiding expensive office rental in central London which would often stand empty; we frequently work on client site.
The Virtual Office team are always helpful and friendly – often going the extra mile to provide us with what we need at short notice. As a 21st Century business using the latest technology and home working practices, this is a solution to our needs that has really delivered for us".
Rachael Hanley-Browne, Resourceful People
"The Virtual Office has been a fantastic find; intelligent staff giving quality service with that personal touch. Doing business here is a joy!"
Christina Griffiths, time 4 change
"The 211 Piccadilly and the Virtual Office concept has certainly helped us when starting up business in the UK. It gave us quick and easy access to a prime location at affordable costs that would simply not have been possible otherwise.
The flexibility of office and meeting space is also very important as we have people over from Stockholm regularly on a project basis over shorter periods of time. The Virtual Office switchboard concept is ideal when you have offices in different places with 'one number reaches all, anywhere'."
Peter Andersson, Pythagoras International
"We have used the Virtual Office since we went "live" in 2000. Successful new-wave paradigm businesses like Topinterim gather around themselves crucial partnerships, their IT partners, their web site builders, their customers (of course) and in our case our crucial two rings telephony through the Virtual Office. They were early pioneers in the building and development of these amazing systems.
But the Virtual Office have become more than that. As an innovative family business of the highest calibre, they have attracted teams around them who have a true passion for what they do. They are simply a real pleasure to work with and we feel that they really enjoy seeing us becoming successful, as so many of their clients have also become successful.
A true and unique incubator of new business innovation with an obsession for outstanding client service.
211 Piccadilly, with the Virtual Office telephony was Compaq's first UK office - enough said."
David Pinchard, Topinterim
"...We have a second office in Kent now but we retain The Virtual Office service for reception, call answering and forwarding and additional secretarial work, as it saves tying up expensive resource there. We can also take advantage of the extended service from 8.30am to 6.30pm, which is essential in the headhunting business.
With over twenty consultants and associates, our physical presence at 211 Piccadilly is a must. The reception service is easily as good as you'd find at any large corporate.
Plus it's a very easy location to find; especially for interviewees arriving from Europe, as they can get on the underground at Heathrow and be with us within an hour of landing.
We also use the impressive meeting rooms for presentations to clients. They come complete with everything we require – projectors, screens, etc, so we don't have to spend money on equipment we may only use once or twice a month. Everything considered, I would say that The Virtual Office puts on a very good show indeed!"
Paul Venning, Venning Thorn
"For the last 3 years we were with a very well known, top branded virtual office provider. We chose them as they were a global company and a common name in the industry, so seemed a safe bet. Sadly, the service was extremely poor in just about every respect from day one up to the point of trying to leave which in itself took about 3 months to sort out.
We stayed as long as we did because it seemed easier than the upheaval of moving, until we found The Virtual Office Group. From first point of contact we were very impressed; the offices are beautiful and very well maintained and somewhere where we are happy to take our clients. They were very helpful through the rather painful experience of trying to leave our old service provider who appeared to have no procedures in place for a smooth departure.
Start up with The Virtual Office Group was incredibly smooth, we knew what was going on all the time, when our new telephone numbers would be up and running and we always had someone on call to ask any questions. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and our telephone calls are handled professionally and efficiently with all messages relayed to us immediately and accurately. I can highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Virtual Office."
Nicola Smith, GSA Associates
"We couldn't afford offices of our own at the start, let alone a fully salaried presence on the end of a phone. We had to be out there in the marketplace, promoting our services and actually delivering the training.
We also needed a contact point that would respond as Stehle Associates, transfer calls to wherever we happened to be and handle all the day-to-day stuff, including faxes and the post. In a nutshell, what we required was a professional image, which is precisely what we have with The Virtual Office.
Operating with a virtual home continues to work out very well for us and causes our customers no problems at all. In addition, when we need a venue for business meetings, we just pay for what we are using, which is extremely cost effective.
Apart from that, 211 Piccadilly has plenty of character – the best of the old architecturally, combined with the best of the new when it comes to technology and comfort."
David Beaumont, Stehle Associates
